Jose Solomon Cortez
Jose Solomon Cortez has over 20 years of experience in ESG strategy, sustainability integration, enterprise risk management, and governance advisory. As president and co-founder of Adaptive Innovations Consulting, he supports enterprises, institutions, and mission-driven organizations in aligning long-term growth with responsible and sustainable business practices. He has led engagements with corporations, government agencies, and multilateral institutions across the Philippines and Southeast Asia. Jose holds a Master in Tri-Sector Collaboration (MTSC) from Singapore Management University as an Ayala Foundation scholar, and a Bachelor of Science in Community Development from the University of the Philippines.
Cynthia Arce
Cynthia Arce is a programme management and stakeholder engagement expert in the field of sustainable development, public sector governance, and climate action. She brings more than 15 years of experience across the UN system and multilateral funding institutions to her role as co-founder of Adaptive Innovations, Inc., placing the Sustainable Development Goals lens on developing business sustainability solutions for companies. She obtained her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Ateneo de Manila University and has completed management and environmental courses from the Asian Institute of Management and De La Salle University in Manila.
Jette C. Gamboa
Jette C. Gamboa has extensive experience in strategic planning, investor relations, financial planning, and sustainability. She serves as co-founder of Adaptive Innovations Consulting, bringing over 20 years of leadership in banking and corporate strategy. Jette is also an entrepreneur, a teacher, and a consultant for finance, strategy and sustainability. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman, and her MBA from De La Salle University. Jette has completed executive programs at Columbia Business School and the Asian Institute of Management and is currently completing her PhD in Education from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
